Just want to share, what is Pivot Table?

Ramai yang tak tahu apa kegunaan Pivot Table dalam excel.... Pivot Table are a one of Excel's most powerful features. Dari data yang banyak, user can select specific data dan boleh display data yang kita mahukan.

In other meaning, its the time saving tool for analyzing data that's in table format. In the simplest Pivot table, one identifies a row value, a column values and a data value. Rajah dibawah adalah contoh pivot table yang masih kosong di mana user perlu memilih data yang mereka perlukan.

Tips menggunakan Pivot Table:
1. Kita perlu buat data cleaning terlebih dahulu. Pastikan tiada blank cells dalam data kita.
2. Bila dh jumpa blank cells tersebut, just letak '0' pada cells tersebut.
3. If melibatkan table yang banyak, kita perlu buat relationship antara table tersebut.
